Abstract

This paper presents the biomagnetic fluid dynamics of human blood. The human blood was found to posses the property of paramagnetic material when deoxygenated (vein) and diamagnetic when oxygenated (artery). This unique property of the blood can be utilized to develop medical applications that can be utilized for enhancing the human health. In this paper the experimental results on the effect of the magnetic field on a diamagnetic human blood flow is presented. The mathematical model to describe the behavior of the blood flow under the influence of magnetic field is also presented.
